      Craig,

Nice result on the clean up. Could you explain some of the methods you used ?

      Regards,
      Marc

        Hi,

First, I took care of the real big events using the Manual Interpolator key (I-key) which uses a combination of time and frequency domain techniques to fill in the gaps. On some of the real bad events (very long - lived) I used the DSE (Direct Spectral Editor). After the real large events were removed (well, except for the skips which still did benefit from the interpolator), I ran the EZ Impulse filter with 50-50-50 settings of the controls. Next, I used a light application of the Expert Impulse filter using 78 mode and finally, I brushed off the remaining small stuff with the narrow crackle filter (using pretty light settings).

        I hope that helps.

        Craig

ps - I loved that tune - nice.
