Manual Interpolation when using a Tablet

To make it easier to manually interpolate an event on a tablet computer, we have added a "paste interpolate" icon to perform the function. Simply (as always) highlight the event and then tap the paste interpolate icon. On a standard computer, this can also be accessed via the "I" key.
