  • Latest Win10 Update seems to damage audio software

The latest Win10 update (last week or so) seems to damage audio software. We have been hearing about it regarding DCart10 and DCArt8.5. We do not know why, but it seems to be true.

Here is a fix for recording issues that can happen subsequent to the latest Win10 update that Rick found on the net:

Is there anything specific we should look for? Mine seems to be working okay for what I do, but I don't always go that deep into the software.

Three things have been reported. 1. System does not record. 2. Save As does not work. 3. Demo version runs out of time prematurely. I am not certain that all of these are real issues but for the first one, which we were able to verify. The other two, we have not been able to verify on our systems.
