I tried the filter on some "early" and "Late" 78 records. The effect, for me, pretty good. The early records benifit more than the later ones.
The preset seems to give more "fullness" to the music by adding back some missing harmonics of the music.

This present is better than I first thought. I tried listening to my music with your preset used on my "Big system" with good speakers. The added "fullness" to the music is really nice.
