The latest version (version DCArt11 and DCForensics11) includes this feature (paragraphic EQ preset) as a standard part of the paragraphic Equalizer.

Early CDs sometimes used pre-emphasis prior to around 1985. The attached paragraphic EQ curve reverses that on these CDs, providing a more natural balance of sound. It should not be used on CDs not having pre-emphasis encoding.
