saving cleaned selections to a file

I have been able to clean selected cuts from an album, but I don't seem to be able to save them to a file. When I finish the process and exit the software and go back to the file where this cut originated from, the selected cut doesn't sound like it had been cleaned.

It starts out in Bin 1 (My Song Files) and then moves to Bin 2. It is probably in Bin 2 ("Working On"). Check it out.
