  • Registration Problems

    I am having some trouble registering Audio Mentor. I don't have the convenience of having internet on the computer I am using Mentor on. I have sent an email 11 days ago, when I first installed the program. And, I called about 9 days after installing the program. I haven't heard back form either.

    Every time I call, a recording says that the offices are closed and to try back later.

    I love the product, I just can't register it so I can use it.

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble; from whom (what distributor) did you make the purchase? If you can provide me with that information, I will contact them so that they will contact you to provide a manual registration.

      It was through Tracer Technologies. And thanks for the help.

        Hi,

        I just wrote to Tracer and asked them if they could check this out. I assume that the messages should be there so they should be able to get back to you. Let us know if there is still a problem with registration.
