  • Zooming the Vertical or Amplitude Axis

Recently, we received a call asking how to zoom the vertical (or amplitude) axis in Diamond Cut. If you look to the right of the time domain display's, you will see two slider controls. The right most one controls the vertical zoom. The lower that it is placed, the more zoom that occurs. The control just to the left of that control (which is normally in the middle) controls the offset or position of the time domain display.

Between these two controls and the other time domain zoomer controls (binary zoomers and proportional zoomers), you can focus in on any detail of a wavefile. The binary and proportional time axis zoomers are found on the upper toolbar.
