  • An Undocumented Interpolation Feature

    Folks,

Rick wrote this email to me today which may be of general interest:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------

    Craig,

I was looking at the program and noticed that there is code to do an interpolate if you hold hold down shift and click in the selected area. I forgot that I added this function. Did we document this?

    Rick

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

    This was never documented.

    Shift click interpolate

I've done that inadvertently and usually get the message that the section is too large to interpolate.

Yeah, if the highlighted area is greater than roughly 10,000 samples, that is beyond the capability of the routine, so it flags you with an error message. That is normal.
