Does the value in Stretch and Squish correspond directly to the speed control percentage change?

That is, is 1.147 in S&S the same as +.147 in the speed control?

I've never used S&S before and just wanted to orient myself.

    Hi,

The upper control is speed of file play (not the same as the change speed filter parameter). Note that the change speed filter will change the speed and the pitch, but the S&S just changes the speed of play without changing the pitch. The control below that one in the S&S is the Pitch (calibrated in Semitones). This control will change the pitch of play without effecting speed.

The two controls operate independently of one another. It can be a very powerful tool, especially when used selectively.
