EZImpulse Filter Question For Zero

I tried using a setting of Zero for the three sliders on the EzImpulse filter for a noisy song. Even though I had "0" in the boxes, the filter still worked ?

*****Correction. I still had the narrow crackle active!******

That explains the reason for some filtering with the EzImpulse at zero.
