CDDB Fix on DCArt10.70

DCArt10.70 (and DCForensics10.70 as well) had problems with the CDDB. It has been fixed on versions 10.71 on up. The fix for those having the initial version (10.70) can be found here:

Is the registry patch needed or can you just change the info under preferences \CDDB ?
