The Primary Registration Issues

The following are the primary software registration issues that we see:

1. An incorrect email address is used
2. The serial number is manually entered instead of copied and pasted in thus creating an error
3. The serial number entered is for the incorrect software product or version.

So, try to be careful when registering your software. Take your time and do it correctly. Otherwise, it takes a lot of time to correct the problems created.
