Unsharp masking didn't work out as it only addressed the edges, not the entire photo. I used Topaz Gigapixel AI to double the picture size & sharpen the entire image via artificial intelligence. As a judgement call, then reduced the overall blue caste and highlights in the clothing with DxO Photo Lab."You earthlings are all fools, fools, fools, do you hear me ..."
